Khalsa College snatch draw

New Delhi, Feb 8 (UNI) Trailing 0-2 till the 42nd minute, Khalsa College Yamuna Nagar (Haryana) staged a fine come back to hold last year's runners up Jawahar Lal Nehru P.G.College ,Bhopal to a 3-3 draw in the opening match of the 15th SAIL-Nehru Champion Colleges hockey tournament here today.

Bhopal's Mohit Das earned the distinction of scoring the first hat trick of the tournament but his efforts did not yield the desired result as Khalsa College fought back to finish the day with a point.

Mohit scored in the 18th,34th and 56th minutes while for Khalsa College scored through Gurbaj singh (43rd),Nirmal Singh (53rd) and Jitender Singh (67th).
