Kerala Senior Chess Championship from May 21

Kochi, May 11 (UNI) The Kerala State Senior Chess Championship, organised by the Kerala Chess Association, will be held here from May 21.

Association General Secretary P Venugopalan today said more than 100 participants from 14 distrcits would vie for top honour in the five-day tournament.

He said the State team for the National 'B' Chess Championship, to be held in Tamil Nadu in June, would be selected based on performance in this tournament.
