John Terry 'chased mistress for nine years'

London, Feb 7 (ANI): Sacked England skipper John Terry chased Vanessa Perroncel for nine years, it has emerged.

And the French beauty gave in to his advances last summer.

Also, Vanessa told her pals how last week - when the story of their affair broke -Terry, 29, begged her to keep quiet, reports The Daily Star.

In a phone call to his ex-lover he said: "The shit's hit the fan. Don't say anything to anybody. I'll get my people to sort this out. Whatever you do, don't say anything to Toni.

"My people will take care of you. Don't say anything to anybody."

Terry and his wife Toni Poole Terry are the parents of twins, a boy (Georgie John) and a girl (Summer Rose) born on 18 May 2006.

A pal said: "What people don't realise is that John had been trying (to get with her) for nine years.

"They have known each other for a long, long time. Long before she knew Wayne Bridge."

It was only when Vanessa split with Manchester City ace Bridge last summer that she eventually got closer to Terry.

Another pal said: "Vanessa really wants to get back to modelling.

"She's had lots of offers and it's likely she'll be doing a deal very soon." (ANI)
