Jeev shoots 68 to finish tied 11th in Germany

Cologne, Sep 15 (UNI) Indian ace Jeev Milkha Singh posted a strong comeback as a result of his last round effort of four under 68 to finish tied 11th at the Mercedes-Benz Championship here.

Jeev was languishishing at the tied 25th spot after the third round. He ended the tournament with a total of four under 284.

Sweden's Robert Karlsson totaled 13 under 275 to win the tournament.

Jeev's bogey-free round yesterday included birdies on the fifth, 13th, 14th and 15th.

Among the other Indians in the field, SSP Chowrasia (79, 76, 79, 79) finished tied 73rd at 25 over 313, while Jyoti Randhawa (77, 83, 79, 81) finished 77th at 32 over 320.
