JCT Phagwara enter quarter finals

Jamshedpur, Sep 12 (UNI) JCT Phagwara today became the eighth team to qualify for the quarter finals of the I-League second division's fifth Junior Football (under 19) championship defeating Salgaonkar of Goa 2-1 in a keenly contested match here.

JCT will now take on hosts Tata Football Academy on September 14 for a semi-final berth.

Mahindra United take on Sporting Club de Goa, SESA play against Dempo and East Bengal vs Mohun Bagan Sail Academy in the other matches.

Final will be played on September 19.
