Isha, Miki to clash in finals

Thiruvananthapuram, May 9 (UNI) Top seed Isha Lakhani of India and fourth-seeded Miki Miyamura of Japan will clash at the singles finals of the BSNL-Kerala Open International Women's Tennis Tournament here today.

Isha Lakhani had a comfortable win against Sanaa Bhambri of India 6-2, 6-0. The much experienced player did not have to sweat it out at the courts.

Miki Miyamura defeated Min Hwa Yu of Korea 6-3,2-6,6-2 to find a place in the finals.

Though Miki Miyamura had a comfortable win in the first set, she conceded to Min Hwa Yu in the second set. Miki Miyamura fought back in the third set and clinched a berth in the finals.
