Irina maintains lead at Women's Professional Tour

Noida, Jan 24 (UNI) Ace golfer Irina Brar carded an improved 79 to open a two-stroke lead after the second round of the fifth leg of DLF Women's Professional Tour here at Noida Golf Club today.

Shalini Malik carded a brilliant 78, consciously restricting her drives and attacking her small game aggressively.

Coming third with the steady score of 81 for Round one and two was Nonita L Qureshi followed by Parnita Garewal from Chandigarh.

Sanam Merchant from Mumbai came in fifth with the score of 86.
