International flavour for Otters Open Squash

Mumbai, May 10 (UNI) Women's defending champion, England's Mandy Kennedy, Egypt's Samy Farrag and Mexico's Temo Gomez will lend international flavour to the Otters Open Squash Tournament to be held here from May 12 to 19.

Joining firm favourite Kennedy in the women's main draw, are Ankita Sharma, Rinky Soni, Shaheda Madraswala and Shweta Singh.

In the men's draw, Farrag, a well-known coach, will be challenged by top seed Vikas Jangra and No. 2 Manish Chottrani. The others in the draw are Sandeep Jangra, dark horse Parthiban Ayappan of Chennai, Akhil Behl, Capt Shakti Singh, Ravneet Singh and Amjad Khan.

Cricket Club of India's new squash coach Gomez, will feature in the professionals draw.

The prestigious tournament includes 12 categories, with top seed Vikram Malhotra and No. 2 Cyrus Vakil leading a strong boys under-19 field, while No.1 seed Abhishek Pradhan will be the boys' under-15 favourite, a release issued here today stated.
