Indian Bank, Chennai beat Osean's New Delhi Heroes

Kolhapur, Apr 3 (UNI) Indian Bank, Chennai, defeated Osean's New Delhi Heroes 2-1, in the ONGC 2nd division National League Football tournament, played at the Chhatrapati Shahu stadium here today.

Indian Bank's M Subash Singh scored the first goal for his team by breaking the rival's strong defence in the 6th minute to take 1-0 lead.

The second goal for Indian Bank came through S Santha Kumar in the 15th minute. Till half-time, they were leading 2-0. But in second half, Bhuvan Chandra of Osean's New Delhi Heroes hit the first goal for his team in the 47th minute.

Finally, Indian Bank won the match 2-1.
