India to participate in 18th FIBA Asia Championship

New Delhi, May 10 (UNI) A 12-member Indian men basketball team will participate in the 18th FIBA Asia Championship to be held at Tehran from May 12-20.

The team underwent a training stint at SAI, Bangalore for over a month in preparation of the tournament, a Basketball Federation of India release stated.

The team: Sambhaji Kadam, Dalip Kumar, Jai Ram Jat, Muralikrishna, Shiv Kumar, Riyaz Uddin, Anoop Mukkanniyil, Roshan R Thankachan, Rajanna Sanjay Raj, Lokesh yadav, Ravikumar Krishnasamy, Subash J Shenoy.
