Income Tax triumphs in 5th CAG Golf Cup

New Delhi, Feb 22 (UNI) Team Income Tax -- comprising S Pegu, JS Naurath, T Kipgen and BB Singh -- put up a sterling display to triumph at the fifth CAG's Golf Cup at the Qutab Golf Course here today.

The winning team tallied 156 points to triumph over the Cabinet Secretariat team who tallied 155 points. The runner-up team included PV Kumar, CK Sinha, Capt Anil Gupta and Col Harjinder Singh.

In the individual competition for gents, Nand Lal, Finance Member, DDA bagged top honours with 48 points, while RR Bhatnagar IG (Headquarters) ITBP finished second with 43 points.

In the Individual competition for ladies, Reena Singh of Army Environmental Park and Training Area triumphed with 38 points, while Sita Puri also of the Army Environmental Park and Training Area finished second with 35 points.
