Gujarat CM congratulates ace shooter Bindra

Gandhinagar, Aug 11 (UNI) Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today congratulated ace shooter Abhinav Bindra for winning the gold medal in Men's 10m Air Rifle event at the Beijing Olympics.

In his message, Mr Modi said, ''I congratulate Abhinav for making India proud by winning the first-ever individual gold medal at the Olympics.'' Meanwhile, Gujarat Pradesh Congress President Siddharth Patel also congratulated Bindra, for bringing laurels to the country in the Beijing Olympics.
