Greater Kashmir holds fourth golf tourney in 2007

Srinagar, Nov 25 (UNI) Greater Kashmir Communications, publishers of leading English and Urdu dailies Greater Kashmir and Kashmir Uzma respectively, today hosted the fourth golf tournament of this year.

As many as 17 players participated in the Greater Kashmir Seniors Golf Tournament played at the Kashmir Golf Club here.

While Abdul Ahad won the tournament, G N Wangnoo was declared the runner up.

Greater Kashmir Communications chairman and Editor-in-Chief of Greater Kashmir and Kashmir Uzma Fayaz Ahmad Kaloo presented the trophies to the winners.

Kashmir Golf Club secretary S D S Jamwal teed off the tournament here this morning.

This was the fourth golf tournament of this year hosted by Greater Kashmir Communications. The other three tournaments were Greater Kashmir Invitational Cup, Greater Kashmir Caddies Tournament and Kashmir Uzma Invitational Cup.
