GOC Major felicitates cross-country team

Shillong, Apr 30 (UNI) General Officer Commanding(GOC) Major General Vinod Nayanar felicitated the Cross Country team of the Assam Regimental Centre here today.

The Cross Country Team won 50 km 'Relay Marathon' organised by the Meghalaya AIDS Control Society in collaboration with the office of the Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, on April 28.

Amongst 43 teams, which included teams from CRPF, BSF, Assam Rifles, the Assam Regimental Centre secured the top position.

The General Officer complimented the team for their victory with a margin of 22 minutes lead over the second team.
