GOA congratulates Bindra

Panaji, Aug 11 (UNI) Goa Olympics Association (GOA) secretary Gurudatta Bhakta has congratulated Abhinav Bindra for winning the first 'Individual Gold medal' for India in the men's 10 m air rifle event at the Beijing Olympics today.
