Gazza's new girl likes stray animals

London, Sep 29 : Former England footballer Paul Gascoigne aka "Gazza" has got the right girl and his new love likes helping stray animals.

Sally Mulholland, 44, helped raise cash for an animal rescue centre near her home in Portugal, The Sun reported.

Alcoholic Gazza, 41, may need her help after a huge row with his family.

He has been on a bender since returning nearly two weeks ago from Portugal, where he wooed photographer Sally, a dead ringer for his ex Sheryl.

Sally, who went to Newcastle to see him last week, told a pal: "He was funny, clever and witty. I was swept off my feet. We'll spend as much time as we can together - we're really happy."

"When he is sober he's a great man. When he drinks he's very emotional. He's promised he will have a fresh go at sorting himself out, and I will be there for him," she added.
