Four-way tie for lead at LG Noida Open Amateur Golf

Noida, July 26 (UNI) Fresh from his stint at the David Leadbetter Academy, Ajeetesh Sandhu shot a penultimate round of level par 72 to join Simarjeet Singh, Manav Das and Fatehbir Dhaliwal atop the leader board with a tally of 224 at the LG Noida Open Amateur Golf championship here today.

Simarjeet Singh carded a 78, while Manav Das and Fatehbir Dhaliwal brought in cards of 75 and 76 respectively at the par-72 Noida Golf Club.

Faridabad's Abhinav Lohan shot a 78 to occupy fifth place at 225 while DGC's Saurabh Bahuguna brought in the day's best card of three under 69 to occupy the sixth position at 228.

ONGC's Vikram Rana was a further stroke behind in seventh place at 229 after shooting a 77 today, while Eagleton's Abhishek Jha shot a 74 to occupy the eighth place at 230.
