FIH sends proposal to India to host 2010 men's world cup
Lausanne, Switzerland, Mar 21 (UNI) The International Hockey Federation has asked India whether it could hold the 2010 World Cup for men.
The FIH Executive Board discussed this matter at its meeting here and decided to send a proposal in this regard to the Indian Hockey Federation.
The Board in principle has decided Argentina as the host of the Women's World Cup 2010. Final confirmation is expected by September this year.
