Fancied players emerge leaders
Hyderabad, May 23 (UNI) Fancied players emerged into the lead at the end of fourth round in the 34th National Women B Chess Championship on at KVBR Indoor Stadium here today.
Padmini Rout of Orissa, Sai Meera of BSB and Nimmy of Kerala have jointly emerged leaders with four points at the end of fourth round.
Results 4th round: Preethi, TN, (3) lost to Padmini Rout, ORI (4), Kiran Manisha Mohanty, ORI (3.5) drew with Lakshmi Sahiti, AP (3.5), Krithika, TN (3) lost to Meera Sai, BSB, (4), Nimmy, KER (4) bt Rajadharshini, TN (3), Priya, TN (3.5) drew with Kanuri Tejaswi, AP (3.5), Bharathi, TN (2.5) lost to Ramya Krishna, AP (3.5), Swati Mohota, WB (3) drew with Syed Nabeela Farheen, TN (3), Nlv Anusha, AP (2.5) lost to Anuprita Patil, MAH (3.5), Pragna, AP (2.5) lost to Uthra, TN (3.5), Shah Arpi, GUJ (2) lost to Bindu Saritha K, LIC (3.5).
