England set fixtures for 2008 New Zealand tour

LONDON, July 3 (Reuters) England are to play three tests, five one-day games and two Twenty20 matches on a two-month tour of New Zealand early next year.

England arrive in New Zealand on Jan. 28 and have two warm-up games before playing the Twenty20 matches on Feb. 5 in Christchurch and Feb. 7 in Auckland, followed by the one-day matches between Feb.

9 and 23.

The tests will be played from March 5-9 at Seddon Park, Hamilton, March 13-17 at Basin Reserve, Wellington and March 22-26 at McLean Park, Napier, the England board said on their Web site (www.ecb.co.uk).
