Defending champion Indian Railway retains title

Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, Mar 4 (UNI) Defending champion Indian Railways retained the title beating Maharashtra 30-18, in the women's section, while Indian Railways won the men's title in the 54th National Kabaddi Championship finals here this evening.

In the women's section, while Maharashtra retained the runner-up, hosts Andhra finished at third place by defeating Karnataka 42-25.

In the men's section, Indian railways outplayed Punjab by 44-23.

While Punjab gained second place, Delhi secured third place by defeating Uttar Pradesh 34-26.
