Cyclist injured in road mishap

Guwahati, Feb 16 (UNI) At least four cyclist taking part in the 20km road race hurt themselves when the leader of the pack hit the divider of the main road and in the process all four fell down.

All four were shifted to the Down Town hospital and according to surgeon Atanu Bathakur, two of them were already discharged with minor injury while two others were kept under observation up as they had abdominal injury.

According to him they would be released in a day or two. The four women cyclists were from Manipur and Kerala team.
