Cole found guilty of speeding in his flash Lamborghini

London, Jan 5 (ANI): Ace Chelsea left back Ashley Cole has been found guilty of speeding after he raced along a road at more than twice the speed limit in his flash Lamborghini.

Officers who caught the England star for doing 104mph in his super car in a 50mph limit told magistrates that they had seen no evidence of photographers behind him.

When pulled over by a marked patrol car moments later Cole said: "Can't you do anything about these idiots that keep chasing me," The Sun reports.

But on finding Cole guilty, magistrates' chairwoman Judith Jewell said: "We find that we were convinced enough by the evidence given that he was travelling at 104mph."

The sentencing was adjourned until the end of the month so that Cole could be present as he chose not to attend his trial at Kingston-upon-Thames Magistrates' Court.

Jewell warned that Cole may be banned from driving after travelling more than double the speed limit in Kingston, Surrey. (ANI)
