City to host Kerala School Zonal Games from Oct 6

Kozhikode, Sep 30 (UNI) As many as 2800 athletes from Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Kannur, Wayanad and Kasargod districts would participate in the 'Kerala School Zonal Games,' beginning here on October 6.

Talking to newspersons here today, Organising Committee Chairman and Deputy Director of Education K V Vinod Babu said about 300 officials and selectors would also attend the two-day programme.

Babu added that the competitions would be held in various parts of the district.
