Chitra gets sponsorship to defend her title next year

Bangalore, Apr 9 (UNI) Air India has come forward to sponsor Chitra Magimairaj to defend her World Women's Billiards title, which she won on April 3 in Cambridge, next year.

According to Karnataka State Billiards Association (KSBA) sources, Air India had confirmed title defence passage for Chitra.

This year, the Karnataka Olympics Association (KOA) had sponsored the air fare. Boarding and lodging was sponsored by the State Youth Affairs Department and logistics company TNT took care of visa expenses.
