Challo Hyderabad Rally reaches at Vijayawada

Vijayawada, July 16 (UNI) On the occcasion of 'Challo Hyderabad Car Rally' to create awareness among the public over the upcoming 'Fourth World Military Games', ex-servicemen took out a huge rally here today to make the games a success.

Several military vehicles, military people and sports lovers participated in the rally. The games would be conducted in Hyderabad from October 14 to 21, this year.

The Chalo Hyderabad Car Rally began at Hyderabad on July eight and reached Vijayawada last night. The army parachute regiment centre and Bangalore expert sky divers Jitender and Rambir Singh had performed para motor display at height of over 1,000 feet and also organised hot balloon display.

Talking to newspersons here, Andhra Pradesh Olympic Associataion President I Rajagopal MP said over 80 countries would participate in the games. Total expenditure for the games would be Rs 210 crore, out of which Rs 130 crore would spent by the Centre.
