BTA to host 14th East Zone Tenni-Koit championship

Patna, Jan 15 (UNI) Bihar Tenni-Koit Association(BTA) is all set to host 14th East Zone Tenni-Koit championship at Patna from February 26 to 28.

Adressing a press conference here today, BTA chairman Ramji Murarka said teams from Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal, Assam Tripura and Manipur would participate in the championship in male and female category.

When asked about the selection procedure and preparation of the host team, Mr Murarka said an Intra-state tournament would be organised to shortlist the participants for the state team, followed by a training camp for the selected players.

He also said a team of technical staffs from Tenni-Koit Federation of India will reach here to successfully organising the championship.
