Bihar beat Maharastra 7-0, Tripura defeat Mizoram 1-0

Rourkela, May 6 (UNI) Bihar trounced Maharashtra 7-0, while Tripura defeated Mizoram by a solitary goal in the quarter-final matches of the 15th Women's Senior National Football Championship at the Ispat Stadium here today.

Bihar, leading 2-0 at the half time, netted five more goals in the second half to outclass Maharastra 7-0 in a completely one sided match.

For Bihar, striker Anu Kumar scored three, while skipper Ansha was adjudged the best player of the game.

In another match, Tripura beat Mizoram by a solitary goal, scored by Rakhi Saha.
