BEML outplays ICF

Puducherry, Sep 26 (UNI) Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML), Bangalore outplayed ICF, Chennai 2-1 in the finals of the South Zone qualifying matches of the 13th Federation Cup Football Championship here today.

African recruit Samuel Jackson and Mohamed Khalender scored for the BEML while Ashok Kumar reduced the margin for the ICF.

The match was an inconsequential one since the both the winner and runner up qualified for the second round qualification matches.
