Becks' book more famous than Charles Dickens'!

London, Jan 19 (ANI): Celebrity culture seems to be killing off classic tales that have entertained generations.

A new poll has shown that most kids know the title of David Beckham's autobiography than any book by Charles Dickens, reports the Daily Star.

When quizzed about villain Fagin from Charles Dickens' Oliver Twist, 17 per cent of minors were convinced that he was a Manchester United footballer.

However, half of all kids surveyed by supermarket Asda could name 'My Side' as the autobiography by Becks, 34. (ANI)
