Bangladesh to tour Lanka next month

Colombo, May 7 (UNI) After winding up the home series against India, Bangladesh cricket team will be on its first major tour of Sri Lanka next month to play three Tests and three ODIs.

The Bangladeshi Tigers will arrive in the island nation on June 17 and play the ODIs first before commencing the first Test in Colombo on June 25, the Sri Lankan newspaper 'Daily Mirror' reported.

This would be followed by the second Test in Kandy from July 2 and the final Test again in Colombo from July 11.

The three one-dayers will be played in Colombo on July 20, 22 and 24 respectively.
