Atwal finishes tied 15th Price Cutter Charity Championship

Springfield, Missouri, Jul 21 (UNI) Ace Indian pro Arjun Atwal signed off with a two under 70 in the final round to finish at tied 15th in the Nationwide Tour's Price Cutter Charity Championship here.

Atwal carded scores of 66, 68, 69 and 70 at the Highland Springs Country Club to end the tournament with a total of 15 under 273 yesterday.

The Orlando-based Indian, slipped from overnight tied 10th place and shot a two under 70 in the final round.

The reigning Malaysian Open champion's final round effort was marked by birdies on the fifth, sixth, 11th, 14th, 15th, 17th, 18th, bogeys on the second, fourth, seventh and a double bogey on the third.

Meanwhile, America's Colt Knost, with an overall score of 26 under 262, emerged as the winner of the tournament.
