Arsenal's Arshavin eyes a perfect finish

London, Feb. 12 (ANI): Arsenal attacker Andrey Arshavin believes that his club must find the perfect finish if they want to win their first title since 2004.

"If we want to be champions, we have to win all the 12 games we have left. It's difficult to say if it can be done but it looks realistic. I liked the way we played against Liverpool. The whole team was well co-ordinated," The Sun quoted Arshavin, as saying.

With 26 matches gone, Chelsea have 58 points, Manchester United are on 57 and Arsenal have 52.

Arshavin suffered a leg injury in the Gunners' 1-0 win over the Merseysiders on Wednesday.

"It is hard to say how serious it is. I'll have a scan. I didn't see the goal. I was in a room under the stands with the doctors and, while we were looking for the TV remote, Abou Diaby scored," he said.

Manager Arsene Wenger said: "This was a massive result for us. We believe in our chances of the title. I don't see any mathematical reason why we shouldn't believe we can still do it."

Arsenal were written off after losing 3-0 at home to Chelsea in November to trail the leaders by 11 points and then again after successive defeats by United and Chelsea in the last fortnight.

That left them nine points behind Chelsea but the gap has now narrowed to six. (ANI)
