Apaiah Madappa elected KBA President

Bangalore, June 15 (UNI) Mr K Apaiah Madappa was electedas the Karnataka Badminton Association (KBA) President at its Executive Committee meeting held here.

According to a KBA release here, the term of the new President and the present Committee would be up to 2009.

The election followed the resignation of Mr Vivek Karan from the post last month, citing other commitments and time constraints.
