Anju finishes 5th at Doha Super Grand Prix

New Delhi, May 10 (UNI) India's ace long jumper Anju Bobby George finished fifth as she leaped 6.55m at the Super Grand Prix event in Doha.

As Anju failed to match her personal best of 6.83m at the 2004 Olympic Games, Tatiyana Kotova of Russia won the gold with a jump of exactly 6.83m yesterday.

Kazakhstan's Olga Rypakova finished second as she jumped 6.75m while Chelsea Hammond of Jamaica won the bronze with a 6.69m jump.
