Anand enters final of Austrian Championship

Bangalore, Feb 23 (UNI) Indian ace shuttler Anand Pawar entered finals of the Austrian International Badminton Championship.

According to information received at TATA Padukone Badminton Academy here, Anand convincingly beat England No 3 Nathan Rice in straight sets 21-14, 21-8.

In the clash for title tonight, Anand will meet seventh seed and world ranked 60 Vladislav Druzchenko of Ukraine, who had defeated Aamir Ghaffar of England in the semifinals 21-12, 21-16.
