Ajay Choutala elected president of CTTF
Jaipur, June 2 (UNI) Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) president Ajay Choutala has been elected the president of the Commonwealth Table Tennis Federation (CTTF) in the annual general body meeting here today.
Moolchand Chouhan-Secretary General of the CTTF said Choutala was elected unanimously.
He said an executive committee meeting of the TTFI also took place here today, in which the Federation selected Kamlesh Mehta and Mantu Ghosh as national coach for men and women section respectively while Manjit Dua will also work with juniors.
''We also recommended the names for national coach to the government'', Chouhan said.
He said they (coach) have been selected for two years. Mantu hosh will also coach junior team. The federation also recommended the name for the foreign coach, in which two chinese and two European have been shortlisted. The government committee will take a decision soon in the meeting, he added.
TTFI has recommended the names of Subhajit Saha, Poulomi Ghatak and Mouma Das for Arjuna award, he said.
