AICF to organise National Carrom Championship from June 11

New Delhi, June 8 (UNI) The All India Carrom Federation (AICF) is all set to organise the Inter-Zonal National Carrom Championship from June 11 at Vishwa Yuvak Kendra here.

The three-day championship will witness country's top 12 players (six men and six women), including Yogesh Pardeshi, I Ilavazhaki, M Nataraj, Rashmi Kumari, Nagsen Etambe, Ravindra Goud, B Radhakrishnan, D Swarnalatha and R Sharmila, fighting it out for top honours in four disciplines -- Men's team, Women's team, Men's singles and Women's singles.

Apart from the players, two officials from six different zones (North, East, West, South, North East and Institution) would also feature in the championship which is being sponsored by Sundaram BNP Paribas Capex Opportunities Fund.
