Kerala: 65 teams for University volley ball

Kannur, Nov 10: More than 65 Universtites, including defending champions Kannu and runners up MG university, from South and West would vie for honours in the the South-West Zone inter-university Volleyball for women to be held here on Tuesday, Nov 11.

Talking to newspersons here Kannur University Vice Chancellor P Chandramohan said Defendng champions Kannur university, runners up MG university, Calicut university and Madras university were seeded directly to the last eight.

The matches would be held in two sections in the morning and evening, he said and added the semi finals would be played on November 16 and 17.
