Surender Nada named Haryana Steelers captain for Pro Kabaddi League
Sonepat (Haryana), July 24: Haryana Steelers on Monday (July 24) named local boy Surender Nada as the franchise's captain for their maiden Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) season, starting July 28.

The 27-year-old Surender, a left corner defender has appeared in 49 matches in PKL, scoring 156 points. He had earlier plied his trade for the Bengaluru Bulls.
Wazir is a raider and has played 24 matches in PKL, scoring 169 raid points and nine defence points.
Elated at being appointed the skipper, Surender said: "Haryana Steelers is good for the sport and for the state of Haryana and I hope that we get support in big numbers. We will be making every effort to keep the fans happy."
