Lucknow, Dec 18: Indian men's hockey team emerge triumphant in the final of Junior Hockey World Cup as they beat Belgium 2-1 to win the title.

Gurjant Singha and Simranjeet Singh scored the two crucial goals in the first half of the match to seal the fate of the match. Belgium scored a late consolation goal from a penalty corner.
India become the second team after Germany to lift the coveted title on more than one occasion. They had reached the finals after 15 long years.
