Multan club to compete in Indian Hockey Tournament

Lahore, Sep 13 (UNI) A club from Multan will participate in the 18th All India Baba Farid Gold Cup Hockey Tournament, scheduled to be held at Faridkot, Punjab, from September 19 to 23.

Cantt XI Hockey Club team has been granted permission to participate in the tournament to be played in India.

Meanwhile, International Hockey Federation (FIH) has appointed Pakistan's Haider Rasool as Umpire to supervise the matches of Pan American Junior Men's Hockey Championship, scheduled to be held at Spain (Trinidad) from October 17 to 26.
