World Cup 2014: Uruguay knock out Italy, reach last 16

Natal, Brazil, June 24: Two-time champions Uruguay ensured their second successive entry into the Round of 16 in World Cup football when they beat Italy by a late goal in their final group match at the Arena das Dunas here on Wednesday.

Diego Godin scored the winner in the 81st minute of the match to earn his team the second spot in the group.
