UCL: PHOTOS - Barcelona thrash PSG 6-1 to script history

Bengaluru, March 9: FC Barcelona defeated Paris Saint-Germain 6-1 in the second leg of the round of 16 clash of the Champions League and qualify for the quarter-finals.

The Catalan giants did the unthinkable as they became the first team in the history to overturn a 0-4 deficit from the first leg and qualify to the next round.

Neymar (2), Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi, and Sergi Roberto were on target to help scalp a historic win over the French champions at Camp Nou.

Luis Suarez opened the proceedings for Barcelona as early as in the 3rd minute. The lead was increased in the 40th minute via an own goal.

Lionel Messi scored the third goal from a penalty in the 50th minute. Edinson Cavani's goal had put Barcelona in the backfoot in the 62nd.

But Barcelona fairytale script started from 88th minute as they scored three goals in the last 9 minutes.
