Trials for Under-21 Natonal Soccer

Chandigarh, Mar 29 (UNI) The Chandigarh Football Association will conduct selection trials to choose 30 probables for coaching camp for under-21 on March 31 at the Sector 17 Football Stadium here.

Chandigarh Football Association secretary Rakesh Bakshi said the team will be selected during the coaching camp. The selected players will represent Chandigarh in the National Football Championship for under-21 to be held at Haldwani (Uttrakhand) from April 15.

Players born on or after January 1, 1987 are eligible to appear for the trials. They must bring along with them their age proof.

Bakshi disclosed that the players who had participated in the Under-21 Nationals twice or in the Senior National Football Championship for the Santosh Trophy were not eligible to participate in the trials.
