Tim Walter Dismissed As Hull City Head Coach Following Nine-Game Winless Streak
Tim Walter has been dismissed from his role as Hull City's head coach after a brief tenure of six months at the MKM Stadium. Appointed in May, Walter succeeded Liam Rosenior, who had led the team to a commendable seventh place in the Championship last season. Unfortunately, Walter's stint saw only three victories out of 17 league games.
The recent home loss against Sheffield Wednesday marked Hull's ninth consecutive match without a win, leaving them in 22nd position on the table. This poor performance led to the termination of Walter's contract. "Hull City can confirm we have parted company with head coach Tim Walter with immediate effect," stated the club on its website.

Alongside Walter, assistant head coaches Julian Hubner and Filip Tapalovic have also departed from the club. Andy Dawson, who is part of the first-team coaching staff, will temporarily take over managerial duties. The club is now focused on finding a permanent replacement through an extensive recruitment process.
The club expressed gratitude towards Tim, Julian, and Filip for their contributions during their time at MKM Stadium and extended best wishes for their future endeavors. The decision reflects Hull City's commitment to improving their current standing in the league.
This managerial change comes as Hull City aims to reverse their fortunes in the Championship. The club's leadership is determined to find a candidate who can bring stability and success back to the team. Fans are hopeful that this transition will lead to improved performances on the pitch.
