Iran beat India 1-0 in AFC Under 19 Qualifier

New Delhi, Nov 18 (UNI) India U-19 team lost to Iran 0-1 in their last group match of AFC U-19 Qualification competition in Tehran.

Jalalaldin Alimohammadi scored the winning goal for Iran in the 40th minute at Paas Stadium last night.

With this loss, India finished fourth in Group B with four points. They had lost to Lebanon 2-3, 0-1 to Bahrain, drawn with Oman 1-1 and had beaten Pakistan 5-0.

Lebanon (9 points) and Oman (8 points) qualified from Group B.
