East Bengal defeated Salgaokar
Kolkata, Dec 03 (UNI) Kolkata's giant East Bengal defeated Salgaokar of Goa by 3-2 goals in the I-league soccer tournament at the Salt Lake stadium here today.
East Bengal's Edmilson scored two goals, while Asim Biswas (1) increased the tally to three.
For visitor's Malsam Tulunga and Vijay Kumar scored one each, reducing the margin to 3-2.
