Delgado named Man of the Match for assist and goal

GELSENKIRCHEN, June 10: Agustin Delgado, who made the first goal and scored the second in Ecuador's 2-0 win over Poland was named Man of the Match by FIFA's Technical Study Group after the second Group A game in the World Cup.

Delgado, who scored Ecuador's first ever goal in the World Cup finals exactly four years ago to the day, took his tally to 30 goals in 69 internationals and is Ecuador's record international scorer.
