Chul's hatrick earns Korea third spot in AFC Cup

New Delhi, Aug 13 (UNI) Star striker Park Sun Chul fired a hatrick as DPR Korea overpowered Myanmar 4-0 to grasp the third spot in the AFC Challenge Cup 2008 here today.

Korea went ahead early in the first half when Chul hammered in two free-kicks in the ninth and twelfth minutes.

Myanmar also had their chances but could not capitalise on them.

Howevr, Chul completed his hatrick in the 44th minute when he hit the home strong penalty.

Korea completed the tally in the 53rd minute when an unmarked Park Sun Ho headed in across from the right.

Chul failed to grasp his fourth goal in the match after he failed to convert a penalty in the injury time.
